Watson Burton has always recognised the value of nurturing talent and providing an environment in which individuals can flourish. As such, we will work tirelessly to develop and maintain these relationships.

As part of ongoing professional development, members of our staff are encouraged to organise and participate in networking events as well as participating in charitable events. We understand that encouraging employee development at every level will enable us to provide a more focussed, strategic service for our clients.

We have successfully fostered a culture where partners, solicitors and support staff are regularly involved in fundraising activities for their favourite charities and we intend to maintain the momentum. This includes staff arranging activities to coincide with national fundraising campaigns, such as, the Macmillan Coffee Morning and Comic Relief to Wear it Pink Day and Children in Need, as well as participating in the Great North Run and fundraising for various other regional charitable events.
