Commercial law firm Watson Burton has further strengthened its corporate team with the appointment of partner, Marc Allison.
Marc, will be providing a range of corporate and commercial advice to the firm’s clients on matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts, intellectual property protection and exploitation and joint venture agreements.
As a recognised BFA (British Franchise Association) Affiliated Lawyer – the only one in the North East of England - and an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, Marc’s specialist knowledge brings further breadth to the range of advice the team is able to offer its clients.
