Experienced employment solicitor strengthens team at Watson Burton

Newcastle-headquartered commercial law firm Watson Burton has appointed solicitor Kayleigh Mountford to its growing employment law team.

Kayleigh will be supporting the team across its work on employment tribunal litigation, injunctions, industrial action, redundancies and discrimination cases.

Kayleigh graduated with an LLB in Law from Teesside University in 2010 before going on to complete her LPC part-time across two years at Northumbria University. Following this she completed her training contract with BHP Law, where she qualified as a solicitor in March 2018 and specialised in commercial litigation and employment.

Commenting on her appointment, Kayleigh Mountford, solicitor at Watson Burton, said: “It’s fantastic to join such an experienced and well respected team, where I am able to further develop my career in employment law and work with a range of high-profile clients.”
