We have also acted for Bellway on the disposal of excess land earmarked for over 100 social housing units at Coney Hill in Gloucester.
For Silverlink Development plc, Watson Burton advised on a £65 million mixed development at the Quayside in Newcastle upon Tyne comprising residential flats, a hotel, offices and car park.
We advised on a £17 million restoration, refurbishment and sale of 12 Georgian terraced houses at Clayton Terrace in Newcastle upon Tyne for Northern Property Developments Limited.
We are regularly instructed by Darlington Homes Limited (the housebuilding subsidiary of Darlington Building Society). Two recent developments include development of 40 units in total in North Place at Morpeth in Northumberland and Ascot Court at Boldon in Sunderland.
