Robin is a corporate law specialist, advising a range of clients on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructuring and equity investments. He also advises on public procurement issues and LLP and partnership matters. Clients praise his “meticulous attention to detail” and “expertise and enthusiasm”.
He has completed numerous transactions for a large national retail chemist and retail travel agency and has experience of acquisitions and disposals in the insurance sector and ground rents sector. He also acts for a number of clients in the education sector on corporate matters, including university technology spin-outs.
In 2010 he spent three months on secondment to National Renewable Energy Centre Limited advising primarily on public procurement issues relating to a large capital project.
Robin has delivered seminars on public procurement, the Companies Act 2006 and directors’ duties.
Robin enjoys running. He has completed the Great North Run several times. He is also a keen skier.
He is a season ticket holder for Newcastle United.
