David has wide experience of corporate and commercial transactions including business purchases and disposals (both assets and shares), MBO's, joint ventures, partnership formation and disputes and a range of commercial agreements.

He also advises upon general corporate governance and the duties of directors. Banking and corporate recovery, advising directors, office holders and institutional investors are also fields in which David has a detailed understanding. He has a great deal of practical business experience being company secretary of Smithers-Oasis (UK) Limited and the Hexham Steeplechase Co Limited.
