Simon joined the Firm in 1999 and is a Partner in the Property department. He has over 10 years experience in the property market covering a wide range of commercial property transactions with a particular focus on commercial and residential development and the sale and purchase of ground rent portfolios. Simon acts on behalf of various significant clients including Bellway plc, Rok plc, Silverlink Developments plc and Allied Irish Bank.

Recent transactions include the sale of a portfolio comprising in excess of 4000 properties, and the sale of 2 superstores for a retail client for a total consideration of c. £20m.

Simon is a trustee and director of the Multiple Sclerosis Research and Relief Fund.
