Duncan specialises in corporate finance and technology law.  He has particular expertise in the private equity sector, and heads private equity work at our Newcastle, Leeds and London offices.  He has acted in over 30 investments on behalf of north east technology venture capital fund, NorthStar Equity Investors.

Duncan advises on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, management buy outs and buy-ins. He is experienced in sales and acquisitions for private equity backed, listed and foreign controlled companies.
