Robin trained with the firm and joined the corporate department on qualification in 1999. He deals with a range of corporate and commercial matters which includes general corporate advice, acquisition and disposal work, advice on joint ventures, advice on restructuring and reorganisation and drafting and advising upon commercial agreements. Robin studied at Oxford University and Nottingham Law School.
