We recruit a small number of trainee solicitors in relation to our size and resources. However, this enables us to provide top-class training and a thorough and comprehensive introduction to the law. Alongside careful and regular supervision, we offer our trainees a high level of responsibility at an early stage in their career.
Trainees spend six months in each of four seats covering a range of contentious and non-contentious work in accordance with SRA guidelines. These seats may include corporate, commercial property, construction, employment, professional indemnity and others as appropriate. Subject to availability, the fourth seat may be in a practice area chosen by the trainee.
Our training programme includes both in-house and external seminars. Trainees are encouraged to assist in the firm’s marketing from day one. We aim to have satisfied trainees and, therefore, satisfied clients. |
